Gustavo Badell already beat him at the 2004 Olympia and Gustavo is gaining momentum (with another 3rd place at the 2005 Olympia)!
Also we can only guess if Chris Cormier (multiple AC runner-up) will compete in his "AC condition" or his "Olympia condition"?. Usually he is in great shape for the Arnold. Will this finally be the year of C.C.?
Also out there wanting the $ 100.000,- cash prize is Victor Martinez. We honestly think that Victor so far never even reached 80 % of what he can be onstage. So - for us - it is just a matter of time! And then - nobody competing at the 2006 AC will be able to beat Victor. We`ll see..........
Also competing are massive Dennis James and Branch Warren (AC debut). Both are always good for a top six spot in a high class field like this! Branch and Dennis did a lot of shows in the past six months - that might be a factor?
After siting out the Olympia Lee Priest returns to competition! His last apperance at the AC (2005) showed us the best Lee ever to step onstage in the IFBB so far. If he keeps going that road.........another top 4 placement should be coming up for Lee.
And we have Melvin Anthony and Darrem Charles. If the judges go for the new rules of tight and streamlined waists - more than they did at the Olympia - Marvelous Melvin and Dazzling Darrem should place very high up there!
Finally we keep beting on Mustafa Mohammad to compete RIPPED to the bone! We said it before and we say it again - if Mustafa nails his condition and comes in real shredded there are very very few Pros out there who will be able to keep up with him! We will see come March 4th! (Mustafa did a lot of shows in the last months.....does his body need rest?)

This might be the toughest AC competiton ever! At least ten guys are able to place in the top six at this year AC weekend.

Place 11 to 17 ?
And we have more very strong contestants like Troy Alves and Johnnie Jackson! We like their physiques a lot and we think that they got a lot of tough calls recently (the latest being Johnnie`s 11th place at the Olympia). We think the judges should start puting them were they belong and compare them with the top guys.
More competitors :
Ahmad Haidar: Ahmad skipped the Olympia and therefore is well rested for competiton. He placed second at the N.Y. show last year. He sure is good for a top ten placing too.
Mark Dugdale: This will be Mark`s second pro season. We think that he will be even better than last year but will still lack some of the size necessary to compete with guys like Dexter or Victor. The guy is awesome and we like his physique!
Dave Henry: Dave just competed in his first Olympia. Like Branch and Dennis - he also has a bunch of shows under his skin! Texas, Wildcard, Olympia! And the guy got overlooked bad at the Olympia - if you ask us! Time for a change judges! Take more time at judging and take a closer LOOK!!!!!
Tony Freeman: Toney will be one of the biggest guys onstage for sure. He keeps geting better and better. But we think he still needs even more pounds to fil out his large frame.
Chris Cook: Chris will do his AC debut this year. It is his second pro season. We were very impressed with him in N.Y. and we sure are looking forward to seeing what Chris did the last 10 months. He has potential to move up there.

Will Richard Jones show up at the AC? As far as he has told us he will compete at the Ironman 2 weeks before the AC. (As will Dennis James, Heiko Kallbach - who has Milos Sarcev in his corner now, Mustafa and many more) Richard did not compete at all last year. So he should bring new added necessary size to the stage. And then - WATCH OUT!

Мне А2006 интереснее ,чем О2005 ,где всё было ясно.
Есть интрига.
Сотая доля процента в доводке и прогнозы не сбудутся у одниx, подфортит другим
Но думаю,что Тройка за свежими лошадками,каторые не участвовали в О2005.

Если Gustavo Badell продемонстрирует форму как на последней Олимпии, то первое место будет занято, останется второе и третье.
Второе скорее всего, Декстер;
А третье , либо "старичкам" ---Кормье или Присту, а может и из новой гвардии кому - нибудь дадут!
