О. Спасибо. Отличный подгон. Только не 8х8, а 8х10 с 70%ПМ с полутораминутным отдыхом. и 8х3 90% ПМ с трехминутным. Причем вес в подходах снижали чтобы вписаться в повторы.
Both resistance protocols were comprised of the
squat exercise only. During HI, participants were asked
to perform eight sets of three repetitions at 90% of the
previously measured 1-RM. Recovery time between sets
was 3 min. During HV, participants were asked to perform
eight sets of ten repetitions at 70% of the previously
measured 1-RM. Recovery time between sets was
1.25 min. During both trials, if the required number of
repetitions per set was not completed, then the load was
reduced in the subsequent set to enable the participant to
complete the required number of repetitions. No forced
repetitions were performed in either protocol. All resistance
and assessment sessions were supervised by the
same strength and conditioning coaches.
Markers of muscle damage (LDH, CK, and Mb) were significantly elevated following both HV and HI (p < 0.05), while cortisol and IL-6 concentrations
were significantly elevated at P-30 min following HV only (p < 0.001 and p < 0.05, respectively).
