Victor is on the cover this month as the winner of first Arnold Classic Europe, and it’s a tremendous accomplishment that an Arnold Classic champion and Team MD athlete won the first Arnold Classic Europe. Making the victory even sweeter for Victor was that he received congratulations from the king of bodybuilding, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Victor— the man Ronnie Coleman said has the genetics, structure and what it takes to be Mr. Olympia— turned things around and is improving and placing higher at each show. He placed fourth at the 2011 Mr. Olympia, up from eighth place in 2010. He placed fourth at the Sheru Classic in India, and many felt he looked even better than at the Olympia. When Victor arrived in Spain with superior size, structure and shape for the Arnold Europe he was armed for battle, and it was a “lights out, game over” victory.

The road back to glory has not been easy for Victor. Victor seemed to be on top of the world again as he traveled to Madrid and became the first Arnold Classic Europe Champion. But his happiness would be quite short-lived. As a citizen of the Dominican Republic and a permanent legal resident alien, Victor had been aware that his green card had expired and had not been renewed. It was only a matter of time before he would be detained upon attempting re-entry into the United States, and this was it.

The exclusive interview in this month’s issue was conducted in a rushed series of collect calls as Victor was being held in the Hudson County Correctional Center in New Jersey. Hopefully in the near future, Victor’s green card will be reinstated and he can get on with his life as one of the world’s best professional bodybuilders.

I actually just spoke to him by phone this afternoon and he told me that if he is released by December 15th, he will compete in the Arnold Classic in March. We are coordinating a letter writing campaign here at MD, on his behalf, and will give you all the information of who to contact as soon as it is made available. We will keep you informed of any new developments on the situation.

Muscle Development Magazine Website Quote: "One month after being detained for immigration issues, Victor Martinez appeared in front of a judge today to determine if he would be allowed to post bail and get out from behind bars until his next hearing. Martinez was denied the opportunity to post bail and he remains in custody. As of now, he will remain in mandatory detention without bail until his next court appearance scheduled for January 6, 2012. Martinez' attorneys have filed for a parole request that could free the Arnold Classic Europe Champion until the next trial, however it is uncertain whether it will be granted. Our prayers are with Victor and hopefully everything works out in his behalf."

Нихрена себе акне Очень редкое и очень большое для сыпи

давно обратил внимание на эти шишки на венах,видел людей которым постоянно гемодиализ делают, нечто подобное. смею предположить,что это следы от систематических переливаний.

Victor out of the Arnold Classic

It's official. Due to his current circumstances, Victor Martinez will be unable to compete at the Arnold Classic now just over ten weeks away. Victor's next hearing will not take place until January 6. Even if he had been able to get out in time for Christmas, there would have been insufficient time to properly prepare.
"Normally I like to have at least twelve weeks to get ready for a show," he told me via telephone last night. "Since I've already been in here twelve weeks with no access to weights or quality food with high protein, it would take me a good six to eight weeks to regain the muscle I've lost and get back to feeling normal before I started a contest prep."
As far as his case goes, Victor was enthused to tell me a new liaison had been appointed to him recently. He described this man's position as being similar to a District Attorney, but for Immigration cases rather than criminal.
"Unlike the last guy, he actually came by to talk to me for a few minutes and let me know he would be reviewing my case in detail," he said. The man also let him know that he's seen many immigrants get probation for offenses less serious than those that have Victor currently under review for deportation.
Victor was not happy about his current situation, but he seems to be adapting. "I lost my restaurant, and now the landlord is suing me," he informed me. "I almost feel safer in here, except that I want to get out to be with my kids."
Victor is staying busy corresponding with fans and reading. Right now he is working on Behold a Pale Horse by William Cooper and A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin. Martinez wanted to thank all his loyal fans for their support in this trying time, and to let us all know he's far from done. "I will compete again, mark my words," he said. "This whole situation makes me so hungry to just go back to what I love doing, training and competing as a professional bodybuilder. I don't know how long I will be in here or what the final outcome will be, but I will be back and better than ever."

Вчера (по американскому времени - сегодня) состоялось слушание по делу Виктора Мартинеза (по вопросам иммиграции).
Суд объявил, что окончательное судебное заседание пройдет 24-го февраля. Адвокаты Мартинеза считают, что окончательная дата суда - не раньше апреля-мая этого года.
Судья одобрил заявление Виктора Мартинеза об отказе от предыдущих уголовных обвинений.

Виктор по-прежнему остается под стражей. Его адвокаты верят в то, что он может быть временно освобожден до слушания 24-го февраля, однако возможен вариант, что Виктор останется под стражей на этот срок.
Если финальное слушание пройдет успешно для Виктора, то он, наконец-то, получит американское гражданство.

Виктор очень скучает по своей семье и фанатам и жалеет, что у него нет возможности тренироваться. Он выглядит здоровым и отдохнувшим.
