Alex Martinez, Super Heavyweight Overall winner of the 2013 NPC Dexter Jackson Classic shared a shoulder, back and bicep workout in Callahan, Florida at Ironworks Gym. Alex lives with his wife and children in Atlanta, Georgia and is currently in the offseason working with trainer Don Long and anticipating entry into one of the national shows late in the year such as IFBB North Americans or Nationals. As a Mexican citizen he is also considering a entry into the amateur division of the Tijuana Pro as he is emboldened by the fact he beat one of the 2013 pro card winners in a prior competition

Heavy training is what's made British natural phenom SIMEON PANDA. The 6'1", 226 lbs. trainer says, "This weight had me pulling the ugliest face ever. Shrugging 380 kg (836 lbs.) will do that to you! The white in my eyes is either from the flash or from me switching on beast mode! Lol. Big traps come from big shrugs simple as that."

Simeon is training for his competition debut at MM Europe in Rome and MM Universe in Miami Beach. He will also make a guest appearance at MM Britain in London
