Не знаю условий контракта атлетов с МД но слышал что им не разрешается проводить фотосессии в других издания. Но бывают исключения .Знаешь что нибудь об этом?Branch Warren has signed an exclusive contract with Muscular Development magazine that will direct all future appearances to MD's print magazine and website, only. Branch turned down several lucrative offers from other magazines (one from FLEX) and instead opted to join TEAM MD. When asked on Muscular Development's NO BULL RADIO why he chose MD over Flex, his answer was direct and to the point,
"The People! MD's the truth and they tell it like it is!"
According to Muscular Development owner and editor Steve Blechman,
"Branch has always been very popular with the fans. He's always been our best seller when he appears on the cover!"
Branch is also the first to give Steve the credit. "Thanks for keeping me on board with Team MD, and also for last month's cover. Steve was the first to discover me back in 2001. He always told me that I would be great and he's stuck by me through the highs and lows of my career."
Let's face it, Branch Warren is a true hardcore, freak. With legs that look like they're out of some alien horror movie and muscle density that rivals the great Dorian Yates, Branch is definitely the people's champ. And Branch is all too happy to accept this role. I've never seen Branch turn down a fan. He's personable and he's down to earth. He's the quintisential Texan-- tough as nails, likes to hunt, and doesn't take shit from anyone.
Look for Branch at this year's ARNOLD CLASSIC where he hopes to move up one spot from last year's 2nd place finish and take home the cash and car. Branch guarantees that he'll be in the best shape of his life, and if last year is any indication of what he's capable of, the top guys better make sure they bring their best game.
Branch Warren, welcome to TEAM MD!

To answer some of your questions I am 31 and have been training since I was 14 years old. I played sports and wanted to get bigger for football. My friend had a membership to a local gym and at 14 I didn't have any money. So he used to unlock the back door so I coulod sneak in and train. I met this bodybuilder there who was around 280. I didn't know a person could get that big and muscular at the time. This guy thought I had potential to be good one day. He showed me how to train and not just train but fucking train insane. This guy turned out to be Ronnie Coleman's training partner. I did my first contest at 16 and won. The rest is history.

Dave I had think about this one. A few years back before I turned pro I did a lot of retarded shit at Metroflex. This guy that I had competed against and beat called me up and challenged me. I told him if wanted to beat me on stage he had to be able to beat me in the gym first.
So this guy shoiws up at Metroflex and its leg day. He said I'm ready. My partner said no your not muthafucker.
We started with extensions 2 warmups then a 50 rep set with the stack and the last set we started with the stack and went tofailure and droped the weight and kept going until we got 100 reps.
Next we did squats I ended up doing 495 for 19 reps. that guy couldn't even do one all the way down. We wouldn't let him quit until he got all of his reps in so we dropped the weight to 315 and made him finish. He fell down and pucked all over the squat rack. next was parking lot lunges. He could barley walk at this point and he sure as hell wasn't used to the heat. We (jay ands I) went up to 225lbs for two long sets of lunges. This guy dissappeared during lunges. We went on to do leg presses. Brian Dobson found this guy passed out on the bathroom floor with one leg proped up on he toliet. I just kept training and did hamstrings harder than ever. Seeing that guy passed out just motivated me more and more. I told myself no matter how bad I was hurting I would never quit a workout. We trained so hard that day my legs were sore for seven days. That poor bastard had to go to the hospital.

I start with 45 minutes of cardio and end up doing 90 minutes a day for the last 6-8 weeks. I use the stepmill for the most part but I do break it up with the treadmill and I run bleachers with my wife whenever she suckers me into it. Her 130lbs gets up and down those damn steps a lot faster than my 260.
As far as how I get my dry conditioning: Diet very hard and suffer day in and day out. go to bed hungry and wake up hungry. But I love it and I am having the time of my life. There is no secret plan or magic drug to get in shape. My plan is fairly simple and the key is consistency.
eat red meat every day. In the off season I eat it 3-4 times a day. Pre-contest I limit it to one meal per day. I usually have a filet or a sirloin. We don't have kangaroos in Texas so I have to settle for beef.
I am still trying to pack more mass on and I train 6 days a week. When I was a teenager I trained 6 days a week and later I cut it to 4 days a week. I got results with both ways. But I like to train so when my schedule permitted I went back to 6 days.
I totally agree wtih one the posts here. What your not doing someone else is. there is always someone out there who is hungry and wants it. I never want to loose a contest because sonmeone out worked me and just plain wanted it more than me. I have not won every contest on stage but I have won most of the battles in the gym. If you can dominate in the gym then you will dominate the stage eventually. Amen

Damn, I don't know if I can answer this one. I have always tried to top my previous performance in the gym every time I train. i don't know what my best workout was but I can tell you what my hardrest workout was.
I was in my early twenties and doing legs. Jay and I had just started lifting together and every day was a pissing match who could do more. We started with leg extensions. We did 3 two minute sets. do a rep and down for 2 seconds and hold each one at the top. Next we did squats. 1 light set then 315 for 50 reps. next set 315 for 50. then on to hack squats. I wanted to kill jay so I thought up some retarded shit. 1 plate each side 10 reps. then 2 plates 20 reps, 3 plates 30 reps, 4 plates 40 reps. I was about to hurl at this point but jay was still standing so I said fuck it, 5 plates 50 reps. Jay got something like 39 or 40. I beat him by a couple reps. but hacks are my strongest movement. But the war wasn't over. When we tried to get up neither one of us could walk. Literally. I fucking tried to stand up and fell to the floor. the leg press was right next to the hack squat so I just kinda crawled into it. What weight was on it i just left it and started pressing. i heard Jay pucking and thought I got this mutha. But he wouldn't quit. He did all of his leg presses. When all was done I threw my guts up all over the parking lot. We both did a couple of times and laid on the pavement until we could drive.
