This year, Dennis is bringing the heat to Vegas! By now, everyone knows that Dennis and I have been working together since the beginning of 2003. He is the biggest I have ever seen him and in the condition of his life at this point in his preparation. His back has dramatically improved and he is looking incredibly wide and thick from both front and back views. Dennis was able to improve overall – not just one or two areas. It just seems that everything came up on Dennis this year.
Dennis’ strengths have always been his chest and delts, but now they are just insane! Everything on him is round and full, but at the same time he is also sporting the chiseled granite look, which is a very hard combination to come by and successfully pull off – but Dennis is doing it with ease. Dennis’ hamstrings have dramatically improved. In the past they were always good, but this year he has taken them to another level – the detail from the side is deep and grainy. From the rear, they are shredded and thick.
Dennis is in a position he has never been in before – his body is perfectly dialed in and I already know what his physique is going to do before it does. Like with a blueprint, all he has to do is follow the instructions and watch the progress. This is a great situation for both the athlete and nutritionist and it will be incredible for all of you to see the end result on the Olympia stage this year.
DJ is Mayhem’s 3rd person in the top 3 equation. This battle will truly be something to behold!

Да, помню я статью, в русскоязычном Флексе, наверное, за 1996 год, про Нассера Эль Сонбати где в заглавии статьи о нем была написана фраза - "Я набрал за год 5 кг чистой массы на одном протеине", очень помнится позабавило сие изречение!

Giles, I decided not to do the European tour this year, I will stay here after the Olympia to concentrate on the GNC show.I did the tour last year and after competing in Europe and then coming back to compete at the GNC show wasn't a good idea since my body was more than just tired from traveling ( long distance) and competing in more than 3 shows. So I will wait here and catch all the guys going to Europe off guard in Atlanta.

That's Gunter 4 weeks out from the Mr. O 2 years ago. And that is Dennis 8 weeks out from the Arnold a year and half ago. The only difference Gunter made was in conditioning and a little delt thickness. His structure is still the same. Wide waisted and horrendous. This makes his back look awful from the rear when relaxed. Judging from the recent DJ pics, his back is even better now. I really have no clue what Kaizenro is talking about, or what he's looking at.
