We will then ship a replacement for the damaged item(s) immediately. We will also email a prepaid return label to our U.S. customers to retrieve the unusable item(s). И еще вопрос, который возникал тоже, по-поводу заказа трех баночек NO-Xplode 2.0, а получил три баночки NO-Xplode, скажем так "1.0". Причем в бумажном инвойсе, который находился внутри посы - прописан именно 2.0):

... Одним словом, лично мое мнение (и думаю, что многие согласятся с этим), что злоупотреблять таким сервисом и лояльностью этих людей может мягко говоря, очень нравственно нечистоплотный человек. Как можно "злоупотреблять", специально не пишу, чтобы как раз исключить, точнее уменьшить, возможнный всплеск этого...
